Two Juice Box Minimum

My top ten reasons why I sometimes feel like a stand-up comedian:

10.  I have a captive audience, sitting politely in their seats waiting for a show.

  9.  There are strict time limits for my "act".

  8.  I'm wired for sound.

  7.  I have lots of material but usually perform improv.

  6.  There's always a heckler or two in the crowd.

  5.  If my jokes aren't popular, I get immediate feedback.

  4.  I get a little nervous every day before I go "on".

  3.  Using props helps improve my show and engage my audience.

  2.  Our pay scale is similar.

And the #1 reason I sometimes feel like a stand-up comedian is ...

   1.  Timing is positively everything.

{Don't worry folks, I'll be here all week year}
